to install and run the Linux version:
1-	Save the “MyAppInstaller_mcr.install” if you don’t have runtime MATLAB already on your computer & in case of Linux from WishartCHange_DataBio_Linux/for_redistribution/
	Then from command prompt first u need to change the permission with commands
chmod +x MyAppInstaller_mcr.install

2-	Install the file
when you do that it will create the application folder and MATLAB runtime library

3-	Do from command prompt
chmod +x WishartChange_DataBio 
chmod +x run_WishartChange_DataBio

4-	From prompt window run
./run_WishartChange_DataBio.sh <directory of your MATLAB runtime>

Geotiff Data for testing is also available.

Example:
1-Choose Input button
2-Browse to the Data folder on your computer
3-Choose the .tif files in the Data folder
4-You can choose either save in workspace or read line by line 
5-Set the number of looks to 4.9
6-Set the P-value or leave as default 
7-Choose Dual Diagonal (2) from Number of Polarization
8-Choose the names VV and VH on the diagonal matrix appear below Polarization 
9-Set the number of times to 24
10-Choose the Customized button and copy the series of time into the area beside the button 
	2,4,7,9,12,14,17,20,23,26,28,31,33,35,37,40,43,48,53,59,64,69,74,79
11-Choose whole area from region of interest 
12-Choose a name for "Save Results as" or if you leave it empty the files will be saved by the name WishartChange as default.
12-and finally push Run button
