The head coach role · Season 2026/27
What the Förbundskapten Ungdom owns, on one page. The goals further down turn these responsibilities into numbers you can measure.
Goals
Each goal is a number you can check. Short = this season and inside your control; medium = building the system to ~2030; long = the strategy outcomes to 2036. Measure retention, progression and depth first — medals follow a healthy system. Tick a goal when you reach it — each column counts how many are done, saved in your browser.
This season · 2026/27 — get the operating system working.
Build-up to ~2030 — turn the network into a real pipeline.
Outcomes to 2036 — youth elite → senior elite.
Season 2026/27
Every remaining 26/27 activity, located in the European Badminton and Badminton Sweden calendars, with SJT rounds and registration deadlines where published. For each event, work the Procedure checklist.
The path we follow — for every event
One path, seven stops, run the same way for each event. Pick an event, then tick each task and write who does it — everything you type is saved in this browser per event, so each event keeps its own progress.
Who works together
Not a hierarchy — four roles working as equals along one red thread (röd tråd), read right → left: FKU, RIG, FTU, and the regional coaches. Sportchef sets the strategic direction across all four.
